Masami Takenaka is the Lead Executive Officer at Asahi Kasei Corporation, overseeing the Green Solution Project. Since joining Asahi Kasei in 1986, he has led initiatives in clean energy project, technology policy and Corporate R&D. In addition to his role at Asahi Kasei, he serves as Vice President of the Society of Polymer Science, Japan, and as a Director at the Japan Association for Chemical Innovation.
