Ken Ezuka is the General Manager of Corporate Strategy & Planning Unit since July 2025. Under this role, he leads the development and execution of the company’s mid- to long-term strategies and business objectives. He is also responsible for company-wide sustainability and climate change responses and reporting.

Prior to the current role, he was seconded to INPEX Australia between July 2018 and June 2025, where he advanced to the Vice President of Finance, Treasury & Technology to lead financial reporting, planning and analysis, treasury operations, and technology initiatives for Ichthys LNG Project and other INPEX’s Australian business.
