By going through various experiences to become company executive officer. During first half of career, I was in charge of product development, design, system engineering & integration, product promotion & sales, project management. Latter half of career, I was shifted over to more broader business management area such as alliance strategy, Joint Venture negotiation, business planning, overseas operation, large M&A negotiation and other management work.

Reporting directly to 5 Executive Vice Presidents of MHI who were in charge of energy businesses.

During the period as Executive Officer, Vice President of Energy Domain, I was in charge of overall energy business management for the size of US$12billion sales with 23 thousand employees.

Have been in charge of key management rolls for MHI Gas Turbine product, which is the main pillar of MHI company’s profit. I was nominated as a Chair Person for “Gas Turbine Society of Japan” between 2022 to 2023.

Working in the US for 4 years as Senior Vice President of US energy business operation, where he was in charge of Engineering and QA. Approx. 250 US employees were working for me. US operation business is US$2.5 Billion sales with 1200 employees.

During the period of two years as officer and 4 years as executive officer of the company, he was reporting directly to Chairman and CEO.

During the assignment as an executive officer, he has participated major conferences and made speeches and discussions as a panelist.
