Vikas Singh is the GGM & President (Head of Shipping) at Petronet LNG Limited, New Delhi. A Master Mariner with 30 years of experience in the oil and gas shipping and port sector, he has spent over 18 years at Petronet LNG, working across both Dahej and Kochi terminals and now leading the Shipping & Marine division at their corporate office. 

An alumnus of T.S. Chanakya and a first-class science graduate from the University of Allahabad (India), Vikas has global sailing experience, academic teaching credentials, and has served as a trainer at PLL’s LNG Academy. He is also a certified QMS Lead Auditor, a published conference speaker, and a Technical Committee member for India Energy Week, ADIPEC and member of FICCI Committee on Ports & Shipping.
