Dr. YuLi Tsai became a member of IAENG in 2015 and ACM member in 2017. Dr. Tsai received a master of science in applied mathematics from National Chung Hsing University in 2012 and a Ph.D. in engineering (mathematical informatics & mathematical engineering) from The University of Tokyo in 2018.

Dr. YuLi Tsai is currently the President at Tokyo Computing in Tokyo, Japan. Before working at Tokyo Computing, Dr. Tsai worked as an applied mathematician in the field of financial risk management, market risk management, credit risk management, model risk management, investment management for banking industry and energy industry, retail, M&A, financial due diligence, business due diligence, deal analytics at PricewaterhouseCoopers Taipei office and Tokyo office. At Tokyo Computing, Dr. Tsai provides professional services on algorithm design and analysis for corporations in the fields of business operations, business analytics, digital transformation, sustainability transformation. Dr. Tsai specializes in applied mathematics, data science, operations research, computational statistics, computational simulation, and quantitative risk management.
