David Cooper is a seasoned leader in digital infrastructure and emerging technologies, with over two decades of experience spanning AI, cloud, telecommunications, and hyperscale data centre development. As CEO of AGPDC, David is spearheading the next wave of hyperscale customised projects for cloud and AI customers across Asia Pacific—focused on sustainability, efficiency, and cutting-edge design. Prior to joining AGPDC, David led Microsoft’s Asia Pacific Region Design & Technology team, where he played a pivotal role in shaping and de-risking multi-billion-dollar Azure infrastructure and AI investments across data centres, power, fibre, and land.

At Microsoft, Telstra, and Hewlett Packard, he held senior leadership roles that connected engineering excellence with customer and government engagement—driving major cloud, AI, and smart city initiatives.
