He joined the Ministry of the Environment in 2008 and has been engaged in environmental pollution countermeasures such as PFAS and PM2.5, as well as Fukushima reconstruction for many years. In July 2024, he was assigned as a Senior Planning Officer for the Joint Crediting Mechanism(JCM). He is engaged in the Launch of the JCM Implementation Agency “JCM Agency (JCMA)” Designated under the Act on Promotion of Global Warming Countermeasures　and the promotion of many JCM projects.
