Dr. Shahira Aly is a distinguished environmental engineer and innovation leader with specialized expertise in carbon capture, utilization, and sustainable fuel systems. She currently holds the position of Manager of Research & Development and Business Development at Eplus Co., Ltd., Japan where she directs the technological development and strategic scaling of the company’s patented Carbon Capture and Fuel Recovery (CCFR) technology that converts industrial CO₂ emissions into fuel.

Dr. Aly earned her PhD in Environmental Engineering and has previously served as a university lecturer. Her transition into industry reflects a commitment to bridging academic innovation with real-world solutions.
