CE Dr Sumanta Bhattacharya is a Researcher and Policy Analyst, Expert Commission Member IUCN, Consultant at Asian Development Bank, Author at National Bureau of Economic Research,Awarded Special Civilian Member Award by USI(Ministry of Defense)was a research scholar at Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology , West Bengal , India and a policy Analyst . He completed his B.Tech , M.Tech in Textile Technology along with that he has MA in Development studies , LLB(P) , MA in security and defence law from NALSAR , MA in Economics, MBA, Post Graduate Diploma in Environment and Sustainable Development , PGDHUR, DIA&D , DS&DS, MPI(Oxford University ) .
