Marnix brings 20 years’ international energy market experience in management consulting divisions of world leading engineering multinationals and has successfully delivered dozens of energy market transition projects across Europe and Asia-Pacific. He has deep energy market knowledge across several disciplines, including power market modelling, economic and financial feasibility of renewable generation, power grid transition, and energy market regulation and development strategies. ​​Over the past six years Marnix has been instrumental in building out AFRY’s power market analysis and advisory presence in Southeast and East Asia, with a special focus on Japan. ​Marnix leverages, establishes and maintains strong relationships with major Japanese and other regionally based clients, he is the prime contributor to the growth of AFRY’s market analysis and advisory service line in the region.​
