Raphael Huot serves as Country Manager, Japan and Vice President, Head of Sales Asia Onshore/Offshore at Vestas.

With over 15 years of experience at Vestas, Raphael has held senior leadership roles across Sales, Service, Procurement and Supply Chain in Europe, the Americas, and Asia.

Based in Tokyo, Raphael leads Vestas’ business in Japan while overseeing Onshore and Offshore sales across Asia. He works closely with customers, government and industry stakeholders, and partners to drive sustainable growth and strengthen Vestas’ position across the region.

Raphael holds a Master in Management and an MSc in Purchasing and Industrial Logistics from Grenoble Ecole de Management, as well as a bachelor’s degree in Management & Economics from the University of Perpignan, France.
