Keiichi Suzuki joined Advantage Partners in July 2021. He began his career at Mitsubishi Corporation in 1992, where he built extensive experience across real estate development in Japan, buyout investments in the United States, Japan, and Europe, and power generation projects, particularly independent power producer (IPP) investments focused on renewable energy in Europe and the Middle East. He held senior leadership roles including department head and president of a local subsidiary. Over the course of his career, he spent a total of 14 years working overseas, gaining deep international management and investment experience.

Keiichi holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Urban Engineering from the University of Tokyo and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management. He is also a licensed First-Class Architect in Japan.
