Sachin Chugh is a distinguished energy leader with over two decades of experience spanning energy transition, green hydrogen, renewable energy, infrastructure investments, and technical due diligence. As Director Energy at Arup, UK headquartered Energy Consultancy, Sachin leads the strategic initiatives at the intersection of technology, policy, finance, and sustainability, helping governments, investors, and industry navigate complex decarbonization challenges. His experience ranges from business investment advisory, lender's technical assignments for some of the world's largest green hydrogen / ammonia developments to transaction advisory, renewable energy investments, offshore wind, e-mobility, and energy infrastructure transformation.

Prior to joining Arup, Sachin held senior leadership roles at Indian Oil, a Fortune 500 energy major, where he played a pivotal role in India's hydrogen economy, carbon abatement and mitigation, alternative fuels, and national energy policy initiatives. A recognized thought leader, he serves as Vice President of the Hydrogen Association of India, has published extensively, holds multiple patents, guided 3 startups & 3 PhDs and has represented India on global hydrogen and energy platforms.
