Lucian Keong is a Managing Director at Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP), a Part of BlackRock. GIP is a leading global infrastructure investor that specializes in investing in, owning and operating some of the largest and most complex assets in the energy, transport, digital infrastructure, and water/waste sectors. Lucian is based in New York and has spent the last 15 years at GIP originating, executing, and managing investments in oil & gas midstream and LNG infrastructure, and new energies within North America. He currently serves as a Board of Director of Rio Grande LNG. Lucian has received a Bachelor of Commerce (Actuarial Science; Hons) and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Melbourne.
