Momoyo Yuki is the Head of Research & Analysis in the Overseas Business Management Department, Overseas Business Division at Japan Petroleum Exploration Co., Ltd (JAPEX). She provides critical research and strategic planning for JAPEX’s potential business areas, drawing on over thirty years of extensive experience across the energy value chain, including power, gas/LNG, and upstream sectors. Ms. Yuki served as an expert on ISO/TC67/SC9/WG9 for LNG transport and currently chairs the Natural Gas Development, Transportation, Storage and Utilization Working Group of the Japan Institute of Energy. Her global leadership is highlighted by her selection as the Chair of Technical Session Forum 30 Human Talent for the 25th World Petroleum Congress (WPC Energy) in Riyadh in 2026. She has a notable history of speaking at international events, including the 24th WPC Energy (strategic session panelist & technical session Human Talent Vice Chair), World Energy Capital Assembly, and the Japan Energy Summit, where she has consecutively been an Executive Committee Member and speaker since 2021. Committed to women’s empowerment, she is the JAPEX leader for Women 10x, a cross-industry WPC Energy-led initiative, and has been actively engaged in women's industry forums.
