Dan Feldman is a partner based in the Middle East. Dan’s practice focuses on energy across the value chain, including low-carbon energy (renewables, hydrogen and its derivatives, carbon capture and storage, battery systems and green industry), oil and gas (upstream, midstream and downstream) power, infrastructure and mining megaprojects around the world.

Dan has represented corporations, government entities and institutions globally, including ADNOC, PETRONAS, Fortescue Future Industries, JERA, Reliance Industries Limited, Chevron, Masdar, Emirates Global Aluminum, TAQA, EWEC, JBIC, The Dow Chemical Company, Air Liquide, EverWind, Uniper and more. Dan has been recognized by Chambers Global, Legal500, Who’s Who Legal and Law360 as a leading lawyer. Most recently, Dan was named a Law360 2022 MVP for project finance (one of five in the world) and advised on Project Finance International’s Global Deal of the Year 2021. Prior to joining King & Spalding, Dan served as the Co-Head of Energy Innovation and Leader of the Global Ammonia / Hydrogen Industry Team for his previous firm.
