Joining Japan CCS Co., Ltd. (JCCS) in 2020, Toshiyuki Hagiwara has served as Director, General Manager of Storage Engineering Department since 2021.

Prior to this, he was with Japan Petroleum Exploration Co., Ltd. (JAPEX), a leading Japanese oil & gas exploration and production company. His experience is primarily in reservoir engineering and gas business.

Mr. Hagiwara holds a B.E. degree in mineral development engineering from the Faculty of Engineering, the University of Tokyo.
